Information you choose to provide
A service inquiry may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, municipality, system details, access conditions, and message. A voicemail may contain the same information in audio and may be transcribed. Do not include financial account numbers, government identifiers, medical information, or other unrelated sensitive data.
The purpose of collecting the inquiry is to route it to an independent contractor for follow-up, maintain service and quality records, prevent abuse, and answer correction requests. The contractor receiving the lead operates under its own business practices; ask it how it handles information after contact.
Calls, recording, and forms
Calls may be recorded or transcribed for quality and follow-up. Maine law generally permits a party to a conversation to authorize recording, and the voicemail greeting also gives an audible notice before a message is captured. If you prefer not to leave details in voicemail, leave only a name and callback number.
The web form is processed through a form-delivery provider and may transmit the fields you submit. Basic hosting and security logs can include IP address, browser, requested pages, timestamps, and error information. The embedded map may contact Google when loaded. This site does not claim to operate an advertising profile based on your visit.

Sharing, retention, and choices
Inquiry details may be shared with an independent contractor, hosting and form providers, voicemail or transcription services, and vendors needed to secure or operate the site. Information may also be preserved or disclosed when reasonably required by law, safety, fraud prevention, or a legal claim. It is not sold here as a consumer mailing list.
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for routing, follow-up, operations, security, dispute handling, and legal obligations, although vendors may apply their own schedules. Call (207) 962-2299 to request access, correction, or deletion. Identity and feasibility may need to be verified, and some records may be retained when law or security requires it.
Children and policy changes
This service is intended for adults arranging property work and is not directed to children. If you believe a child submitted personal information, call so the issue can be reviewed.
This policy may change when the site, vendors, or law changes. The updated date will be revised here. Continued use after a change means the new version applies to later activity.
